1. Scope

Navivion is a beauty-focused short video app that allows users to browse posts, follow creators, like and bookmark videos, comment, upload content, edit a profile, report content, block creators, and use coin-based in-app features such as Boost.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you use the app, Navivion may process the following categories of information:

• Profile information you provide inside the app, such as display name, bio, and avatar image.
• Content and activity data, such as likes, bookmarks, follows, blocks, comments, reports, uploaded posts, and coin balances.
• Media you choose to provide through system pickers or the camera, including videos selected for upload and images selected as avatars.
• Purchase related information required for Apple managed in-app purchases.

3. How Information Is Stored

In the current version of Navivion, core profile data, activity records, and media references are primarily stored locally on your device to support the in-app experience. Media files you choose for avatars or uploads may be copied into app-managed local storage so they remain available after you close and reopen the app.

4. Why We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the features available in the app, including to:

• Display your profile and your uploaded posts.
• Show your likes, bookmarks, comments, follows, and moderation preferences.
• Allow you to report or block content and creators within the app.
• Maintain coin balances and support Apple managed in-app purchase flows.
• Support Boost related in-app actions and store their local status.

5. Camera, Photo Library, and Media Access

Navivion requests access to the camera or photo library only when you choose to take a photo, record a video, select an avatar, or choose media for upload. These permissions are optional, and the app can still be browsed without providing new media.

6. In-App Purchases

Virtual coin purchases are processed through Apple in-app purchase systems. We do not ask you to provide card information directly inside Navivion. Apple may process payment related information in accordance with its own policies and terms.

7. Data Sharing

We do not state that we sell personal data. In the current product design, most app data is handled locally on your device. However, Apple and platform-level services may process certain information when required to provide device features, media access, or purchase flows.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Information stored locally remains on your device until you delete it in the app, remove the app, or clear related local app data. If you use the in-app delete account flow, the app removes the current local profile snapshot and related local activity as implemented in the app at that time.

9. Children

Navivion is not directed to children under the age threshold that applies in their region. If you believe a child has provided information in a way that raises a legal concern, please contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product changes or when legal requirements change. If we make material updates, we will revise the effective date on this page.
