1. The Service

Navivion is a beauty-focused short video app that lets users browse content, follow creators, like and bookmark videos, comment, upload posts, report content, block creators, and use virtual coin features including Boost.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use Navivion only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You may not use the app to upload or share content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harassing, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or otherwise unsafe.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, post, or submit through Navivion, including profile text, comments, and video content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to share that content and that your content does not violate the rights of others.

4. Moderation Tools

Navivion includes reporting and blocking tools to support safer use of the app. We may limit access to content or features if use appears to violate these Terms, community safety expectations, or platform rules.

5. Uploads and Review Status

Some uploaded posts may appear with an under review status within the app experience. Review labels, visibility states, and in-app ordering may change as product rules or moderation logic evolve.

6. Virtual Coins and Boost

Navivion offers virtual coin purchases through Apple in-app purchases. Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are only for use within the app where available.

• Boost is an in-app promotional feature that consumes coins immediately when confirmed.
• Estimated Boost exposure ranges are informational only and are not guaranteed results.
• Virtual items, coins, and feature access may be changed, limited, or removed as the app evolves, subject to applicable law.

7. Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple under the App Store purchase flow. Refund requests, billing issues, and transaction controls may be handled by Apple according to Apple policies and the rules that apply to your account and region.

8. No Professional Advice

Navivion is for general beauty, grooming, lifestyle, and creative content. The app does not provide medical, dermatological, or emergency advice. You should seek qualified professional guidance for health, skin, allergy, or safety concerns.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available in every version of the app or in every region.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Navivion is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business, promotional, or audience outcomes from using the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navivion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.

12. Termination

You may stop using Navivion at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if use violates these Terms, threatens safety, or creates legal or platform compliance risks.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service changes or when legal obligations require an update. If we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
